Policies

Cancellation and penalization policy

One (1) night is required to confirm the reservation, which is non-refundable in case of cancellation, but you can reuse this night for future visits if you notify us up to seven (7) days before your visit where we can modify the reservation. Otherwise, if you notify us less than seven (7) days before the start of the reservation, no changes to the dates will be made and the deposit will not be refunded.
“No show”: If the client does not arrive on the reserved date, the hotel will release the room the next day at 12:00 noon.

Party policy
Please notify us of any party involving more than 4 outside guests for the houses guests.

No parties are allowed prior notification.

Children
Children of all ages are accepted in the hotel. Check extra fee involved. If you need cots or cribs please notify during reservation.

Family plan: no charge for one child under five years of age when sharing the room with two adults. Two children younger than five years old will pay as one extra person.

Pets
We do not allow pets in the hotel.

Smoking
No indoor smoking is allowed.

Damage deposit
A damage deposit of USD 250 or MXN 5000 per stay per room is to be accepted at the time of your arrival by openning a credit card voucher.
This deposit can be guarantee with your credit card and will be cancelled at check out if there are no damages reported in your room.
You agree to be responsible for all damages not covered by your initial damage deposit.
You will not be held responsible for normal wear of items in the room.
We reserve the right to charge for extra cleaning if the room was not left in reasonable condition this include linens. Tattoo ink, pencil ink or hair dye is considering a damage in linnes.
Pen or inks stains in the sheets or towells are considered damage in the hotel.

The cleaning of the room is every second day.
Stained sheet-pillow cover-pillow cost: USD 20.
Stained towel cost: USD 20.
Lost key charge: USD 30/lost key.
Lost security box: USD 50 per lost item.

Política de cancelación y penalización

Se requiere una (1) noche para confirmar la reserva, la cual no es reembolsable en caso de cancelación, pero puede reutilizar esta noche para futuras visitas si nos notifica hasta siete (7) días antes de su visita donde podemos modificar la reserva. De lo contrario, si nos avisa con menos de siete (7) días antes del inicio de la reserva, no se realizarán cambios en las fechas y no se devolverá el depósito.
“No show”: Si el cliente no llega en la fecha reservada, el hotel liberará la habitación al día siguiente a las 12:00 horas.

Política de eventos
Notifíquenos de cualquier fiesta que involucre a más de 4 invitados externos para los invitados de la casa.
No se permiten fiestas sin previa notificación.

Niños
Se aceptan niños de todas las edades en el hotel. Compruebe la tarifa adicional involucrada. Si necesita cunas o cunas por favor avise durante la reserva.

Plan familiar: sin cargo para un niño menor de cinco años compartiendo la habitación con dos adultos. Dos niños menores de cinco años pagarán como una persona extra.

Depósito por daños
