Note: Depending on the number of guests in the house the rooms will be opened, considered that each room fits 2 adults, if 4 guests in the house, 2 rooms will be opened. If 6 guests, 3 rooms will be opened. If 8 guests, 4 rooms will be opened.
PAYMENT TERMS
The deposit is refundable during Middle and Low Season. Guests will have the freedom to change or cancel at no charge within 24 hours prior to arrival during Middle and Low Season.
During High Season, reservations require a one-night non-refundable deposit.
High Season reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival will be responsible for 100% of remaining balance. The hotel will hold the payment until you are able to reschedule your dates.
POLICIES
The rates are in USD. 19% tax included. Room rate only.
Not valid on existing reservations. Not available to 3rd party booking sites. This new flexible rate is subject to change without notice.

Ground, Second, Third and Fourth King rooms sleep three adults; or two adults and two children. Garden View King sleeps two persons.
Hotel Rules – Please note the following during your stay:
- The entire stay must be paid in advance.
- In the event of a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable, but may be used as credit for a future stay within 6 months of the original reservation date, at any time of the year, paying the difference in rate, if applicable, and subject to availability.
- After 11:00 p.m., guests are requested to maintain silence to respect the rest of their guests.
- Unregistered guests are not allowed to enter or stay. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the cancellation of the room.
- Hanging clothes in common areas or on the room's balconies is prohibited.
- The cost for a wet or stained mattress is $400.00 MXN.
- The cost for a damaged or lost towel is $200.00 MXN.
- Check-out is at 12:00 p.m.
- Towels and remote controls must be returned to reception in perfect condition.
- Failure to do so will result in the replacement fee indicated by the hotel.
- The hotel is not responsible for valuables left in the room.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms.
- The use of speakers is not permitted within the hotel.
