Cancellation and penalization policy
<\/strong>One (1) night is required to confirm the reservation, which is non-refundable in case of cancellation, but you can reuse this night for future visits<\/strong> if you notify us up to seven (7) days before your visit where we can modify the reservation. Otherwise, if you notify us less than seven (7) days before the start of the reservation, no changes to the dates will be made and the deposit will not be refunded.
\u201cNo show\u201d: If the client does not arrive on the reserved date, the hotel will release the room the next day at 12:00 noon.<\/p>

Party policy

Damage deposit<\/strong>
A damage deposit of USD 250 or MXN 5000 per stay per room is to be accepted at the time of your arrival by openning a credit card voucher.
This deposit can be guarantee with your credit card and will be cancelled at check out if there are no damages reported in your room.
You agree to be responsible for all damages not covered by your initial damage deposit.
You will not be held responsible for normal wear of items in the room.
We reserve the right to charge for extra cleaning if the room was not left in reasonable condition this include linens. Tattoo ink, pencil ink or hair dye is considering a damage in linnes.
Pen or inks stains in the sheets or towells are considered damage in the hotel.<\/p>
