CANCELLATION POLICIES:
– This payment can be done with credit card and/or Paypal.
– The payment will reserve the room for you for the dates indicated, this is non-refundable in case of cancellation. There are no cancellations available with refunds, if you cancel you can use the payment made online for another visit to Isla Mujeres notifying seven (7) days before the arrival date.
– If the guest decides to cancel while at the hotel (leave before the reserved time), they will be charged for the total of their nights. No refunds are made for Cancellation.
– “No show”: If the client does not arrive on the reserved date, the hotel will release the room the next day at 12:00 noon.

– El pago reservará la habitación para usted para las fechas indicadas, esto no es reembolsable en caso de cancelación. No hay cancelaciones disponibles con reembolsos, si cancelas puedes utilizar el pago realizado en línea para otra visita a Isla Mujeres notificando siete (7) días antes de la fecha de llegada.
– Si el huésped decide cancelar estando en el hotel (salir antes del tiempo reservado), se le cobrara el total de sus noches. No se hacen devoluciones por Cancelación.

All guest will be asked to leave an open account with a credit card VISA or MasterCard on check-in, as a guarantee for the stay and for some others hotel services. The open account will be cancelled at the moment of your check-out.
High season: If your reserved stay is during the high season (December 22, 2024 to April 14, 2025), full payment for the reserved nights is requested. A second payment must be made directly by email to complete the reservation, otherwise the room will be released.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:
For low season (April,15,2023 -December,21,2023): 15 days prior the arrival date.
On High Season (December 22, 2022 to April 14, 2023): 40 days prior the arrival date.
For full refund: written cancellation must reach hotel 40 days in High Season and 20 days in Low season prior to arrival date.
No Show: The hotel will save the room for the guest only the first night of stay. If the guest does not arrive to the hotel on the arrival date the hotel will release the room the next day at 12 noon.

CASA 19-20 terms & conditions
– Maximum occupancy 6 people.
– Pets are not allowed.
– For your own security do not invite people you just met or none hotel/house guests.
– No parties or special events are allowed in the house.
– Payments or special requirements must be done at front desk of Hotel Cabanas Maria del Mar.
– Any malfunction of equipment must be informed immediately to hotels front desk.
– Broken, stein or burn items will be charged at check out.
– Red wine, urine, excrement or blood steins will have a higher cost for clean and even a full price recuperation price.
– (At check in) you must leave a credit card voucher to cover incidentals, the guarantee is $400 usd DEPOSIT FOR 6 GUESTS
IN THE HOUSE.
– The use of the pool in Hotel Cabanas Maria del Mar is from 9 am to 9 pm.
– Casa 19-20 rental does not include breakfast or any other meal served for Hotel Cabañas Maria del Mar guests.
– WIFI is free; do not provide the code to non-guests.
PAYMENT TERMS
– 100% of the total stay needs to be paid to reserve the house.
– This payment can be done with credit card and/or Paypal.
– Prepayment of the house is needed 15 days before your arrival date.
– The payment will reserve the house for you for the given dates, this is not refundable if cancellation.
– There are no cancellations available with refunds, if cancellations you can use the payments done for another visit to Isla Mujeres.
– Deposits are transferable to another person.
– Cleaning service inside the house is once every 4 nights and everyotherday for the garden.
– Check in 4:00 pm, check out 11:00 am.
– Check in and check out is procedure is at hotel cabanas maria del mar. A guarantee service will be required of $250 usd will be refunded at check out.
– Child older than 5 years or 2 children younger than 5 in house is considered as 1 extra person.
– If we have more than 6 guests in the house, the acomodation to sleep will not be confortable, only a child might be able to be accomodated, please request information.
SECURITY
– Please keep the house close at all times, when you are in the house and when you are not, it is very important that you lock the house
– Do not invite people that you just meet to the house.
– If you have any problems or malfunctions please inform immediately the front desk or the number of security after 11 pm.
– It is prohibit to do events, fire pits or grill cooking.
CASA 19-20 is located in the area of Restaurant Las Hamacas, it is important that you know that there are clients of the restaurant close to the house.
– You are welcome to use the internal areas of Las Hamacas restaurant but not bring your own food or beverages.
– Las Hamacas restaurant opens at 11 am and closes at 7 pm and that is the time to use the internal areas.
– The entrance to the house is through Hotel Cabanas Maria del Mar and from 11 am to 7 pm you could also use Las Hamacas rest. entrances.
– Las Hamacas rest. has music entertainment daily from 1 pm to 7 pm.
– Las Hamacas rest. pool service is from 11 am to 7 pm only, after 7 pm and before 11 am special cleaning products might be in the water, please do not use it during 7 pm to 11 am.
– The gate at Las Hamacas is opened at 11 am and closed at 7 pm.
