Allowed occupancy: 1-8 people.
Taxes included. - Check in and check out is done at Playa la Media Luna hotel.
- Child older than 5 years or 2 children in house younger than 5 years old count as 1 extra person.
- If we have more than 8 guests in the house the acomodation to sleep will be very difficult.
- Only a child might be able to be accomodated.

- 2 bedrooms with king size bed each with bathroom (one with tub and shower and one with shower).
- 2 bedrooms with two double beds sharing 1 bathroom (shower).

- Wood patio furniture: tables, umbrellas, lounge chairs.

Note:
- No dishwasher.
- No laundry area.
- No meals included.
- No smoking inside the house.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Maximum occupancy: 8 people.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The house will be cleaned at your arrival and for every 3 days you can request one more cleaning service. Please inform front desk the day needed.
- Gardening services will be usually every day, specially watering plants. Their schedule is mostly early in the morning, 7 AM or after sunset, 8 PM.
- WiFi is free. Please do not provide the code to non-guests.
- Do not invite people you just met or unknown to the house.
- No parties or special events are allowed in the house.
- Payments or special requirements must be done at front desk of Playa la Media Luna.
- Any malfunction of equipment must be informed immediately.
- Broken, stein or burn items will be charged at check out.
- Red wine, urine, excrement or blood steins will have a higher cost for clean and even a full price recuperation price.
- At check in you must leave a credit card voucher to cover extras.
- Casa Aqua rental does not include breakfast or any other meal served in Hotel Playa la Media Luna.
- If you wish to have the breakfast service at Playa la Media Luna, you can pay it at front desk.
PAYMENT TERMS
To secure your reservation, a payment is required at the time of booking.
Please note that this payment confirms your dates and is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
If you need to change your travel dates, rescheduling is possible subject to availability. Your deposit will be held as a credit and may be applied to a future stay within 12 months from the original cancellation date.
You can make your deposit automatically when booking online through this website, or manually via wire transfer or Zelle.
The remaining balance is due within 10 days after your reservation is confirmed and can be paid through any of the following methods:

- Wire transfer
SECURITY
It is important that you place all your special belongings such as passports, plane tickets, money, jewels, laptop, etc. in your safe box, the house has two of them.
For your safety:
- Please never walk alone at night. Always have someone with you (the buddy-system). Isla Mujeres is one of the safest places, but it is better to be careful.
- Make sure to securely lock up rental house if you are gone or sleeping (including locking windows).
- Never keep all your important documents in the same place. You will not need your carry around your passport once you are in Mexico.
- Do not take cameras or videos or too much money to the beach and let them unattended.
- I would also only keep one credit card and small amount of cash on you leave the rest in safe place in your room.
- Do not invite non guests to the house and do not give your name, hotel/house name and much information to anyone you don’t know.
- If you rent or hire a service you can ask them to meet you at Playa La Media Luna Hotel’s lobby.
Travel safely.
It is recommended before you travel, purchase your travel or private medical insurance, or if you have Medicare ask for a supplemental coverage program. We wait for you.
